mixed feelings today...
nycc team won champion for campcraft finals 06. i am really feeling very happy for them, but at the same time, team 2 got 6th. ok, thats not bad, but i think they were damn sad lah. some of them really crying like siao lor. but a 6th is still good, must still acknowledge the fact that their trainings are like only 1/4 as much as team 1 lah. but whatever it is, i their effort really paid off and whatever the outcome was, the commitment that they have put in have already impressed me and i am really really proud of them.
time really flies. it seems like only yesterday when i was standing in pa, waiting nervously for the results. i remember how scared everyone was and how disappointed we felt when we realised tt we got third. haiz. we missed our chance to get champion, but luckily ct06 got it back for us. really can't express how much i am going to miss ct days. days as trainees were gone 2 years ago, now days as trainers are also gone. it was fun being part of the team and experiencing all the ups and downs. too bad we couldn't spend time together as a team today. ma'ams were saying tt they wanted JtS... haha suddenly remembered what joelyn m said. sumthing abt her being an 's' coz she wanted us to treat her ... i hope really got jts though. just tt it is 06 treat 04. ct rawks lah. the days i spent during ct were really memorable and unforgettable. though the results i got for that term were the worst in my whole ny life, but i still think it was worth it. hope the future batches of ct can get to experience such a competition as well.
after the pitch, we went novena square to have lunch. there was me, wl, zj and hq. we went long john silvers. wl bought a meal and zj bought milo. i treated them potato chips and drank 1 whole carton of white grape and aloe vera by myself. felt so full of water later on. talked a lot afterwards abt jcs and stuff. steff's birthday coming. dunno what to get her or do for her birthday. argh.
