i probably did what i think is the craziest thing i've ever done for the past 18 years.

there's only so many times u can pierce your ears till they run out of space. and i doubt i'll ever do other body parts peircing. heh so next step. half an hour (issit?) and it's over.

rah i dun even understand what im typing so i guess not many ppl would too.

but all i can say is, im proud of myself. haha coz my threshold of pain is really high. guess i'll have no problems giving birth in like10 years time or more.

this is seriously nonsense. i think i'll just erase this post soon.

anyway thanks soo wei li and chua xin yi for waiting so long for me. whee. and entertaining me too.

im so tired.

slept for 2 hours last night so my eyes are ultra small.

theres work tomorrow. i took leave today for my uncle's cremation. it was freaky. i think burial (like in my auntie's case) is less saddening.

hope my auntie and 2 cousins would be ok. life would definitetly change drastically for them from tomorrow onwards.

im going to sleep now. going to be lots of things to catch up with tomorrow, seeing tt i didnt go to work today. i just hope tt i dun fall asleep during work tmr.

it never rains but pours. once again, another incident illustrating the fragility of life.

i just saw my uncle last week. at my cousin's wedding. he looked alright. nothing odd, nothing different. but yesterday, it all changed. God decided to take him away. a peaceful 3am, he suddenly had great stomach pains and my cousin took him to the hospital. how lucky tt she was at home, because his wife was in kl while his other daughter was in phuket. it took a great 17 hours for him to leave peacefully afterward. turned out tt his artery burst so there was great internal bleeding in him. everyone taught it was a joke when his family members informed the rest.

anyway theres really full of uncertainties in life. i guess no matter how healthy u are, or rich, when the time comes, theres no avoiding to it. i must learn to treasure life. now.

yay 4 days break. theres no work on mon coz there's sum power supply shut down.

anyway read my cousin's cleo magazine this morning. and theres this page abt dreams. i realised its actually quite accurate. for one, it said tt if u dream abt animals means tt u are afraid to lose someone close to u. thats kind of true for me now. coz my grandma is ill. and our whole family is really worried abt her. its like every public holiday/weekend/free day there would always be at least one relative visiting her. sum of my aunts even take leave to accompany her. im scared of losing her. though i cannot really say im really close to her, but like what we've all felt, she's the binding force in out family. just like the knot connecting all the many strings. once tt knot is gone, the family would all go their own ways. hope she gets well soon.

ok on a lighter note, i bought a cd yesterday. its been 4 years since i last bought a cd. coz normally i get my songs from the illegal method. oops. yah and its the mediacorp cd. quite random but i wun be able to get any of these songs online coz its relatively un-well known.

at my cousins house now. he's playing x box. my other 2 cousins are asleep and so's my grandma and my aunt and uncle. i want to get a nintendo wii. but i think its still quite waste money. my cousin says wii can mod. but the fake games cannot be obtained in singapore. so need to go malaysia to buy. i think hk should have so probably i'll buy from there. anyway i'll only get it after my 2nd pay check which will be in jan or feb.

alright its my turn on the x box. time to play crash.

im in my office now. 1 hour more till i finish work and im bored to tears. every single person in my office have all gone for the employees lucky draw thing but i carn coz im not a premanent employee. heard the top prize is a trip for 2 to taiwan or sumthing. bleah i want to go to taiwan. anyway its quite fun now too. alone in the office blogging. haha i dun think its allowed though. but no ones here so i shall just be blatent abt it.

anyway works quite boring. and tiring. plus now i have not 1, not 2 but 3 jobs. 2 tuitioning and 1 office job. yah 3 jobs will give me a good income. but i have to sacrifice a lot. like resting time. and time to go out with my friends. havent really seen sqms since last wed. team mates since like prom which was like ages ago. they went east coast park and i carn go and they're going for training camp and i carn go. but well, tt one i dun really want to go also lah. and chen hui and kah leng. omg havent seen them in ages. well actually since prom also. but it really seems very long ago. now tt kah leng's back from spain, chen hui's gone to china.

anyway this is a meaningless post. ok my office ppl are back and i got to go.

oh havent really finished blogging abt prom yet. but i dun think i'll really get down to it coz everythings sort of a blur to me now. except tt i have came to a big realisation. tts it. end of prom.

by the way, im dying of boredom.

went out wif wei li for her makeover thing at orchard just now. then went to watch golden compass. gosh it was a dumb show with a part 2 and probably part 3 or more. just one of those typical shows that once u watch part 1 u have to watch the rest too. just like harry potter. anyway i was still pretty confused after the show was over. like who in the world is the girls mum? oh and the amazing thing is, i forgot what's her name already. shows that the show didnt really leave an impact on me. unlike shows like game plan. though it isnt really widely publicised, but the show's really just more interesting than golden compass. and where's the controversy abt religion or whatever? i just didnt see it. or maybe it's just me. then we went to eat and shop around. i bought this funny purple nail polish. haha but i doubt i'll really use it. at my cousins house now. staying over till tomorrow. its funny coz 3 of my cousins are staying over. and my aunt says they're taking in stray animals for the weekend. watching the kelly osbourne show now. its funny coz she's like a super spoilt brat having to stay in japan and experience the life there.

anyway went back yesterday for ct. it was er, kind of weird. i feel super old looking at the young and innocent looking 39, 40 and 41. ah seems so long ago when we were trainees, and 34 and 33 ma'ams trained us, along with the old ma'ams like w***y ma'am. gosh she still brings back bad memories. then when we were trainers. we went back like really everyday. now training seems much more lax than before. like by really a lot. but anyway, standards have changed and tough trainings and scolding tactics dun really work anymore. the newer generation seems really much more pampered than before. and now u can see why i am feeling old.

yay im back from prom. wasnt as bad as i expected.

we rushed here and there in the afternoon. poor amanda had to cab to novena square to meet us, then we walked to my house, then took cab to tampines to do our hair and make up. so silly i didnt want to spend money on make up and hair initially but then since everyone i noe is doing it, i had no choice too. anyway my hair was kind of atrocious coz its curly and i dun like curly hair. amanda says i looked wild. i have no comments. and my stupid top was way lower than i expected. so i kept covering with my shawl. and i think, not for the first time, how much easier would it be for a guy to go for prom. just a suit and shirt and shoes. and how much variety of colours can the suit have? its normally the basic white, black, brown, grey and blue? and to me, they all look the same. plus no make up!!!

argh im blogging nonsense. but i think the most hilarious moment was when nigel brought his plate over and attempted to kope our prawns. and velden scolded him. haha. it was amazing.

went kbox after the prom. and we sang for 5 hours straight. argh my singing really cmi but nevermind. at least only a few ppl got to hear it.

im not thinking straight. too sleepy. shall blog a more detailed post when im more awake.
