heh im back from malaysia.

the few days of walking have really killed my poor legs lah. now my calf muscles are still aching. i think we have walked a total of 30km throughout the whole trip. the walk from the monorial station to the hotel alone is abt 1km. plus we shop from 11am all the way till 9-10plus, without sitting down or resting besides lunch and dinner. for the past few days, we basically went shopping only. i especially loved chinatown, coz got a lot of fake stuff. i bought 2 billabong shirts and 1 quiksilver caps for like $15 altogether. yup malaysia's things are cheap, only if u noe how to bargain and to look for cheap stuff. still, the prices are much much cheaper in bangkok. oh yes, we watched x-men 3 there and the movie tickets were like $3+ sing dollars only!

the hotel rocks lah. there were 2 queen sized beds in the room and i get to sleep on 1 by myself. muahaha. the 2 boys had to squeeze on one.

i suddenly developed a craving for cinnamon during the trip. especially after i saw the cinnamon bread shop. i remember there used to be one such shop at taka last time but i think it has closed down. but one roll cost RM3.60. which is super ex for a small bun. so i made do wif cinnamon pretzels. they were good. especially since the prices were so much lower than singapore's. its like RM2.90 for the auntie anne's cinnamon pretzel and i think singapore's one cost $2.90.

the last day was pretty chaotic. had breakfast as usual then back to the rooms. the 2 adults wanted to shop more but i am like going to collaspe any moments lah. so in the end all the kids stayed in the hotel while the adults went shopping. we watched scooby doo the movie in the room and abt 5 mins of the grudge. had great fun slacking in the room. when we checked out, we walked abt 2plus km to shop (again) and then, at 3, back to sum place for the coach to pick us up. BUT, there was a delay and the coach would only come at 5 plus. so we walked around somemore and my legs were really going to break lah. we went giant and the food there was super cheap. haha. had a very late lunch there. took the coach at 5plus and had 4 stopovers i tihnk. along the way, the coach played tomb raider, which was super nice. there were also 2 other action flicks, which were ancient shows and only contributed to noise pollution and prevented everyone from falling asleep instead of providing us with entertainment.

reached golden mile at 0030. haha. im physically tired but not mentally. in fact, im pretty much awake now. sigh. dun think i will be going for the famine camp thing tomorrow though. i think i will just die there. heard tt we would be going around collecting stuff to recycle and judging from the state of my leg muscles, they are like going to die any moment, so i shant go for the camp.
